Day-by-day itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Departure & arrival in Makkah

    Bus from Hubli to Mumbai, then a direct Air India flight to Jeddah; transfer to Makkah and check-in at Swiss Al Khaleel Hotel 450 m from Haram.

  2. Day 2

    First Umrah

    Perform Umrah with the group under Mutawif guidance. The 9-night stay in Makkah includes ziyarat to Badar, Taif, Jeddah city and Sulah Hudaibiyah, plus the 4 free group Umrahs (Arrival, Suleh Hudaibiyah, Jurana, Taif).

  3. Day 10

    Travel to Madinah

    Comfortable coach transfer to Madinah after 9 nights in Makkah; check-in at Grand Zowar Hotel, close to Masjid-e-Nabawi, for a 5-night stay.

  4. Day 14

    Return preparation

    Final ziyarat, prayers at Masjid-e-Nabawi, shopping time and packing before departure.

  5. Day 15

    Flight home

    Transfer to Jeddah airport, direct Akasa Air flight back to Mumbai, then bus service from Mumbai to Hubli.

Cancellation policy

The ₹500 online booking fee is fully refundable within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours the booking fee is non-refundable. Package cancellation terms are as agreed at the office.
